Thomas Construction Group has completed the first generation interior tenant office buildout in a new 5-story downtown office building. Construction for Smith Moore Leatherwood Attorneys-at-Law consists of approx. 7,600 SF of office space, located on the 4th floor of the BB&T Building located at 101 N. 3rd Street in downtown Wilmington. Hendrick Inc. of Atlanta, GA, serves as the Architect-of-Record.
