Thomas completed demolition of the existing exterior terrace and construction of a new terrace at the former CIS building. The Congdon Hall project included concrete foundations, steel structure, roof pavers on pedestals, membrane roof, glass railings, GFCRC column wraps, cornice and trim, brick planters, at-grade concrete patio, replacement of existing alum storefront with new storefront door and sidelights, lighting, power, roof drains, fire suppression, landscaping and irrigation. Interior work included demo and reconstruction of two offices and replacement of existing metal wall panels with wood wall panels at the monumental stair.
