The Topsail Beach Public Safety Facility is a design-build project that will provide a new, purpose-built facility for the Town’s police and fire services. The approximately 17,400-square-foot building will include office and support spaces for police and fire personnel, covered parking at the ground level, and an apparatus bay for fire and rescue vehicles.
Designed to support daily operations and emergency response needs, the facility will incorporate concrete, masonry, pre-engineered metal building systems, and wood-framed assemblies. The project will create a durable, functional public safety facility that strengthens the Town’s ability to serve residents, visitors, and the surrounding coastal community.
