Liberty Healthcare’s newest Continual Care Retirement Center (CCRC), Hayes Barton Place, is in Raleigh, NC’s upscale Five Points area. The approximately 602,500 sq. ft. Georgia-style architectural community will consist of 169 independent living residences and will also house 85 private healthcare accommodations for assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing. Amenities include but are not limited to, over 50,000 sq. ft. of common spaces consisting of casual and fine dining, a pub, a library, game rooms, an art studio, a media room, a salon and spa and a state-of-the-art fitness center complete with an indoor, saltwater pool and an outdoor music venue.
