Using our proprietary preconstruction process, Target-Value-Delivery (TVD), Thomas entered into a Design-Build contract with brokerage firm Cape Fear Commercial to deliver a 32,870 SF office and warehouse facility on Highway 421 in New Hanover County. The tenant, Colonial Materials, supplies commercial and residential building materials for local projects. They expanded their footprint to increase their distribution capacity in the area. The new facility enhances its ability to meet the growing demand for construction materials and support the development of local projects more effectively.
