Thomas Construction Group partnered with Cape Fear Commercial under a Design-Build contract to deliver a 32,870-square-foot office and warehouse facility along Highway 421 in New Hanover County. Leveraging our proprietary preconstruction process, Target-Value-Delivery (TVD), the project was designed and executed to maximize efficiency and value for the client.
The facility serves as an expanded footprint for Colonial Materials, a supplier of commercial and residential building materials. With this new space, Colonial Materials is positioned to increase its distribution capacity and better serve the growing demand for construction resources, strengthening its role in supporting development throughout the region.
