Thomas Construction Group completed the new 20,000 SF office and manufacturing facility for Rulmeca Corporation, a Wilmington-based company specializing in motorized pulleys with U.S. assembly, sales, and service. Located in Northchase Industrial Park, the expansion reflects the company’s rapid growth and need for a significantly larger footprint.
The one-story addition to the existing Coverbind facility features a utility brick exterior veneer with a running bond pattern to match, constructed without disruption to surrounding businesses. Inside, the facility includes an 18,000 SF manufacturing floor and warehouse with overhead doors and concrete loading, along with nine offices, two conference rooms, storage areas, and a kitchen/break room to support daily operations.
