Thomas Construction Group delivered more than 10,000 SF of retail flex space on the existing campus of Wilmington International Airport in Wilmington, NC. Developed for the Wilmington Airport Authority, the building was designed to accommodate up to seven tenants within a flexible shell layout.
Two bays were fully built out to provide prospective tenants with a vision for individual spaces, while the remaining suites were delivered as shell space to allow for future customization. The project expands commercial opportunities on the airport campus while maintaining flexibility for long-term growth.
