Thomas Construction Group partnered with Southeast Georgia Health System to deliver The Nunnally House, a 20,000-square-foot residential medical facility providing temporary housing for patients and families in Brunswick, Georgia. Located adjacent to the SGHS Brunswick Campus, this thoughtfully designed, one-story facility offers a warm and supportive environment for those in need of extended stay accommodations during treatment or service.
The Nunnally House includes three wings: a cancer patient wing with 16 one-bedroom units, a critical care family wing with 12 two-bedroom units, and a student/on-call wing containing 16 one-bedroom and two two-bedroom units. Designed to feel like home, the facility supports comfort, accessibility, and healing for patients, families, medical students, and on-call healthcare professionals alike.
