Columbus Regional Health Advanced Care Leland

Thomas Construction Group is serving as the construction manager for this new two-story, 69,963 SF medical office building in Brunswick County, which will be operated by Columbus Regional Healthcare. Designed to expand access to essential outpatient services, the facility sits on a 6.5-acre site and will house nine medical service lines, including an ambulatory surgery center (ASC), imaging, urology, orthopedics, primary care, women’s health, gastroenterology, infusion services, and a central laboratory.

To support long-term durability and clinical flexibility, the shell building is being constructed with a concrete tilt-wall structure supported by deep foundations.
