Thomas Construction Group completed a two-story, 34,000 SF medical office building at the Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center campus in Bolivia, North Carolina. Designed to enhance patient experience and convenience, the facility includes a covered patient drop-off area, drive-thru services, and a welcoming outdoor porch. Inside, the building houses heart and vascular services, urology, surgical care, family medicine, and outpatient infusion services, all supported by modern amenities and efficient design.
Thomas provided preconstruction, design assistance, and construction services for Trask Land Company and Novant Health, working in collaboration with LS3P, DSA Engineering, and Citadel Contractors to deliver this concrete tilt-up structure. The project is a valuable addition to Novant Health’s Brunswick campus, expanding access to high-quality healthcare services for the community.
