Completed using a design-build delivery approach, the facility is located within the Autumn Hall master-planned development along Eastwood Road.
The building features durable concrete tilt-up construction and a flexible clinical layout designed to support multiple medical specialties. Fully occupied, the facility houses Novant Health New Hanover Primary Care and Express Care, as well as Colon and Rectal Surgery, Surgical Oncology, and Maxillofacial Surgery practices that provide patients with convenient access to a broad range of coordinated medical services under one roof.
