The Creekside Behavioral Health Hospital expansion and renovation project has been completed, adding an additional 9,690 SF to accommodate patient care, featuring 24 new beds that enhanced the facility’s capacity. Additionally, a new dining room spanning approximately 400 SF was constructed, comprehensive renovations in four distinct areas within the facility, and further modernization, and improvements to the existing infrastructure to better serve the needs of patients and staff.
The initial 58,000 SF facility, built and constructed in 2018 by Thomas Construction Group, offers five different in-patient and out-patient programs and, with this addition, aims to meet the behavioral health demands of East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
