Thomas Construction Group completed a 12,200 SF, 32-bed, one-story residential building on the existing campus of Waypoint Recovery Center in Cameron, South Carolina. The project included a new parking lot with associated driveways and sidewalks to support the new cottage structure, as well as the installation of a new septic system to serve the facility.
Working closely with Waypoint Recovery Center, Thomas delivered a thoughtfully designed, functional space that enhances the center’s ability to provide safe, comfortable accommodations in support of its mission to guide individuals on their path to recovery.
