Thomas completed a 12, 200 SF, 32-bed, one-story residence at the existing campus for Waypoint Recovery Center. The project also included a new parking lot with associated driveways and sidewalks as part of the new cottage structure. Our team also over the installation of a new septic system installed as part of the project.
