Creekside Behavioral Health Expansion

Thomas Construction Group completed the expansion and renovation of Creekside Behavioral Health Hospital, adding 9,690 SF and 24 new beds to increase the facility’s capacity for patient care in Kingsport, TN. The project included the construction of a new 400 SF dining room, comprehensive renovations in four key areas, and modernization of existing infrastructure to enhance the environment for both patients and staff.

The original 58,000 SF facility, built by Thomas in 2018, offers five in-patient and out-patient programs. With this addition, Creekside Behavioral Health Hospital is further equipped to meet the growing behavioral health needs of East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
