Thomas has completed a two-story medical office building at the Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center campus in Bolivia, NC. This project offers various medical services equipped with modern amenities, including a covered patient drop-off area, drive-thru services, and a welcoming outdoor porch to enhance the overall patient experience and convenience.

Thomas provided preconstruction, design assistance, and construction services for Trask Land Company and Novant Health for this design-build project. Working collaboratively with LS3P, DSA Engineering, and Citadel Contractors, the 34,000 SF, concrete-tilt wall building houses heart and vascular services, urology, surgical care, family medicine, and outpatient infusion services.

This MOB project is a valuable addition to Novant Health’s Brunswick campus, providing a wide range of medical services in a state-of-the-art facility. The partnerships involved demonstrate collaboration among various resources to deliver comprehensive healthcare service to the Brunswick community.
