DESIGN-BUILD HEALTHCARE
Thomas has entered into a Design-Build Agreement with MedNorth Health Center for their upcoming expansion. Located in historic, downtown Wilmington, MedNorth Health Center is planning to expand its current operation by approximately 31,400 SF consisting of a new two-story medical building on their existing property. The facility will include exam and operatory rooms, offices and various other spaces. Becker Morgan Group has been selected as the project’s Architect.
MedNorth is a non-profit organization that provides a full spectrum of primary and preventative care services. With a mission of “Building a Healthier Community”, the health center serves all who come to them, but primarily those living at or below the federal poverty level.
