Thomas Construction Group completed major renovations of the 21,000 SF historic Columbus County Courthouse in Whiteville, N.C. Originally built in 1915 and previously unused, the facility has been revitalized with extensive upgrades. The renovations included moving the Clerk of Court’s office into the historic building, transforming the upstairs floor into a large, modern courtroom, and completing additional interior upgrades. The project has restored the courthouse’s functionality while preserving its historical significance.
