Thomas Construction Group partnered with CA Ventures of Chicago to deliver Uncommon Wilmington, a premier student living community located in Wilmington, North Carolina. Spanning more than 200,000 square feet and nearly 500 bedrooms, the project was completed on time and on budget—allowing students to move in before the start of the fall semester.
The development includes a four-story mixed-use student housing and retail building, a three-story residential building, and thirty two-story townhomes. Amenities are designed to support a vibrant, connected student lifestyle and include a courtyard pool, outdoor grilling patio, theater, coffee bar, fitness facility, computer lab, private work room, arcade, dog park, and more.
Covering nearly ten acres with 458 surface parking spaces, Uncommon Wilmington transformed a previously underutilized retail site into a dynamic residential destination. Designed by Rosemann & Associates, the project reflects Thomas Construction Group’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and community revitalization.
