With the increase of projects in greater Raleigh, Thomas is proud to announce the addition of three new employees in the Triangle area.
Monica Young joins Thomas as a Project Accountant. Monica brings over 30 years of office management, project accounting, and administrative experience to every project she works on. She has experience in the residential and commercial construction industries and has the unique advantage of working on the project’s owner, contractor, and trade partners’ side.
Additionally, Nick Chase and Esau Gutierrez have joined our Operations team. Nick graduated from East Carolina University, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Nick began his career as an undergrad and has continuously worked up the job site while bolstering his knowledge and expertise. Esau joined Thomas as a summer intern in 2022 and then returned to Thomas as a full-time Field Engineer upon graduation from East Carolina University in May of this year. He prides himself on being a team player and thinking holistically when approaching a project.
All three employees will be working on the Wye Apts project, and we are thrilled to have them joining us!
