We are pleased to announce our most recent hire, Kristen Casselberry. As safety director, Kristen will oversee Thomas’ safety program to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment, while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, county, and local safety-related regulations.
Kristen joins Thomas with over 12 years of experience developing and implementing highly effective safety programs focused on loss control, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. She has a proven track record of strong leadership and management skills which are critical to the training and educating of employees on safety processes and policies.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Kristen graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management. Kristen and her husband have been in Wilmington for four years and enjoy going to the beach, the movie theater, the arcade, and taking long walks. She is also a foster for a local rescue, Rescue Connect.
