Construction Begins on Colonial Material’s 32,000 SF Office and Warehouse

Thomas Construction Group, LLC (Thomas), is proud to announce that we recently started construction on a 32,000 SF office and warehouse facility in partnership with Cape Fear Commercial. The tenant is Colonial Materials, a commercial and residential building material supplier.

Colonial Materials is expanding its footprint to increase distribution capacity in the area. This new facility is expected to enhance its ability to meet the growing demand for construction materials and support the development of local projects more effectively.

When complete, the facility located off Highway 421 in New Hanover County will consist of 3,500 SF of office space including a showroom, six private offices, a conference room, a breakroom, and 29,000 SF of warehouse space with two drive-through bays.
