Advancing Risk Management Leadership
We’re pleased to announce that Vince Tryer has transitioned from Vice President of Operations to Vice President of Risk Management. In his new role, Vince will lead our Risk Management team with a focus on enhancing risk controls, compliance, and contractual strategies across all projects. His expertise and leadership will ensure that clients and partners continue to benefit from our unwavering commitment to safety, accountability, and long-term performance.
Expanding Operational Oversight
We’re also proud to celebrate the promotions of Chris Thorn and Tony Datena to Operations Directors.

Tony Datena will lead operations for Senior Living and Multifamily.
In addition to sector leadership, Chris and Tony will provide company-wide operational oversight—aligning Preconstruction, Risk Management, Project Management, Field Operations, and Project Accounting. Their expanded roles reflect both their proven track records and our ongoing commitment to delivering excellence across all sectors.
