Meet The New CFO and Controller at Thomas

We’re thrilled to share some amazing news with you – Thomas has just announced two key appointments that will take our company to new heights.

First, let’s give a warm round of applause to Dan Weldon, CFP, our Controller, who has been promoted to CFO. He will oversee our company’s financial and risk management operations in his new capacity.

We also want to take a moment to recognize Bruce Chappell, our long-time CFO and Managing Partner. Bruce will continue to be a vital part of our team as a Managing Partner.

As we prepare for this exciting change, we are delighted to welcome Jennifer Noland to the Thomas family as our new Controller. Jennifer has a wealth of experience within and outside the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, spanning several decades.

Chris Reid, our esteemed President and COO, highlighted the importance of these appointments in light of Thomas’ growth. He emphasized examining our organizational structure to ensure it aligns with our long-term goals. The Controller position was one area of focus, and we believe Jennifer’s addition will strengthen our capabilities and streamline our financial processes.
