Thomas is thrilled to announce the recent hiring of Mike Pritt as the company’s Preconstruction Director. Mike joins Thomas with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and a proven record of producing accurate budgets, implementing management processes, and building teams. Mike’s expertise though, lies in successfully delivering hard bid, negotiated, and Construction Management at Risk (CM@R) work which adds a dimension of skill and ingenuity the department has been needing to continue its substantial growth.
Since joining the team, Mike has been splitting his time between Thomas’ headquarters in Wilmington and the Raleigh area, where he resides with his family. Having Mike located in the Triangle has already proven to be a huge asset for the company, as Thomas continues to get and explore more work in the area.
