AMANDA Melton comes to the team with more than 12 years of experience in field operations and management, as well as construction software. In her role with Thomas, Amanda will work closely with Project Executives, Project Managers and other team members to ensure the success of Thomas projects. As an integral part to our Operations team, Amanda will help shepherd Thomas Construction Group towards software innovation and training for current and new employees.
