Inauguration of the State-of-the-Art Novant Health MOB in Brunswick County

BOLIVIA, North Carolina – Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center officially opened the doors to its contemporary 34,000-square-foot medical office building, situated at 257 Hospital Drive in Bolivia, NC. Novant Health personnel, executives, and local government representatives attended the momentous Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. 

Thomas Construction Group has diligently engaged on the Novant Health campus since the initial groundbreaking in early 2022. Thomas Construction Group’s expertise and experience were leveraged to build the core and shell, along with meticulously completing the upfits of all four suites within the Medical Office Building (MOB). The state-of-the-art two-story building is filled with modern amenities, including a covered patient drop-off area, drive-thru services, a welcoming outdoor porch, and ample surface parking accommodating approximately 250 vehicles. The medical facility houses a distinguished roster of practices, including Oceanside Family Medicine, Novant Health Cardiac Rehab, Novant Health Urology, Cape Fear Heart Associates, Novant Health Surgical and Plastics, and Outpatient Infusion. These practices, with the exception of Novant Health Urology, which is slated to commence operations next month, are now fully operational and at the service of the community.
