ECU Health Behavioral Health Hospital
Located in Greenville, NC, the 144-bed ECU Health Behavioral Health Hospital expands access to vital inpatient behavioral health services for individuals and families across eastern North Carolina. Delivered ahead of schedule and built with innovative methods—including prefabricated bathroom pods, a geothermal well system, and full BIM coordination—the facility reflects what’s possible when collaboration and innovation come together.
Pennybyrn at Maryfield
This renovation transformed resident living spaces at Pennybyrn’s Magnolia Place, enhancing comfort, dignity, and functionality for the continuing care community. Through careful phasing, close coordination, and a people-first approach, the project team delivered a refreshed, modernized environment without disrupting daily operations—an effort that demonstrates the care and craftsmanship that define Thomas Construction Group.
