2022 Project Recap

Autumn Hall Building Two 2022 Recap

In Wilmington, Autumn Hall Buildings 1 and 2 were handed over. In Autumn Hall Building One, we completed the office upfit for Cape Fear Commercial and the upscale restaurant, Origins Food and Drink.

In Autumn Hall Building Two, we also completed upfits for Union Bank, Raymond James, SEPI, and Bill Clark Homes.

Additionally, Thomas completed nCino’s newest headquarters building, as well as completing updates and renovations to their existing office building.

Brunswick Forest Amenity Center 2022 Recap

In the greater Wilmington-area, we turned over the amenity and fitness center at Brunswick Forest and completed Atlantic Beach’s Public Safety and Municipal Complex.

And in High Point, NC, the first phase of Pennybyrn was proudly turned over and efforts continue on the impressive senior living community campus.

Maple Heights 2022 Recap

In Indiana, Harmony at Elkhart, an approximately 106,000SF senior living community, was completed, as well as Maple Heights Behavioral Health Hospital, a joint venture from Acadia and Lutheran Health Network.

In summary, the Thomas Team’s collective efforts made 2022 a resounding success. Every team member played a crucial role in achieving our goals. As we embark on the new year, we are thrilled by the opportunities 2023 has already presented and eager to build on our momentum.
