We are excited to announce the promotion of Derrick Nobles to Preconstruction Manager, marking his official addition to the firm’s leadership team. Derrick, who has been with Thomas for over six years, previously served as a Senior Estimator, playing a key role in driving project success through estimating and preconstruction planning.
As Preconstruction Manager, Derrick will oversee the firm’s estimating operations, guiding the preconstruction team in evaluating project specifications, analyzing budgets, and developing cost-saving strategies. His leadership will further strengthen Thomas’ commitment to providing smart, efficient, and cost-effective solutions for our partners.

A graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Derrick brings a deep understanding of construction methodologies, industry trends, and market conditions.
