When Laura Williams and Jill Sullivan joined Thomas in 2005, they weren’t just signing on to do a job, they were stepping into a vision. Chris Reid had a goal: to build a company where everyone wanted to work. His vision was enough to convince both Laura and Jill that they wanted to be a part of something special.
From stories about the beginning, when rain outside meant scrambling for trash cans to keep their computers dry, to building new relationships and a company culture, this team was building Thomas from the ground up.
Now, nearly two decades later, Laura and Jill have proudly played a role in shaping a company that has evolved from 5 people to nearly 80. And through it all, one thing has remained constant: the culture. We are Always Building One Thomas. One story, one project, and one relationship at a time.
