Thomas Construction Group, LLC (Thomas) is proud to announce we were selected as Construction Manager at Risk for the Cape Fear Community College Building L Renovations at the Downtown Campus in Wilmington, NC.
As Cape Fear Community College’s Construction Manager at Risk partner, Thomas will provide preconstruction and construction services for the renovation of a 28,000 SF education facility. Interior renovations to the entire second floor of Building L will include reconfiguration of the college’s downtown library and Video Production Studio, Learning (Tutoring) Lab, and other support spaces. Construction is expected to begin in Fall 2024. Sawyer Sherwood & Associate is serving as the project’s Architect-of-Record.
