We are excited to announce the hiring of Katie Seidel, People and Culture Director, to Thomas Construction Group.
Katie will be leading the HR team in all people-focused areas, from recruiting and benefits to performance management and career pathing.
Katie joins Thomas with 17 years of experience as a human resource professional and has a proven track record of contributing to the growth and success of numerous organizations. She has worked in various industries including construction, property management, and IT services, focusing on areas such as employee relations, talent management benefits administration, and professional development.

Katie is originally from Smith Mountain Lake, VA, and graduated from Mary Baldwin College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Katie and her family have been in Wilmington for over 13 years and enjoy boating, outdoor activities, traveling to sporting events with their three children, and being active community members.
