Thomas Construction Group has been awarded the contract to begin construction on Ash Aziz’s newest Wilmington restaurant: Raw 32. The restaurant plans to take a modern spin on a traditional oyster bar and the menu will be focused on fresh seafood. Located in Renaissance Park off Military Cutoff Road and across from Mayfaire Shopping Center, the restaurant is connected to the newly completed Hudson Renaissance Apartments building, also constructed by Thomas Construction Group.
Upfit work is set to begin in January and, upon completion, will feature indoor & outdoor seating for approximately 75 people.
