“Change is hard” is the adage, but at Thomas Construction Group, LLC (Thomas), change is exciting! Thomas is proud to announce that they have added a new member to the executive leadership team and promoted another member within the team. These changes reflect the hard work and success of our leaders, but also of our entire company.
Thomas is proud to announce that JASON LOVELACE has been promoted from Senior Project Manager to Project Executive, making him the newest and youngest member of the Executive Leadership Team. This promotion is stemmed not only from Jason’s hard work and dedication to his clients, but from the company’s success and growth and the direct impact Jason has had on that success. Jason has been in the general contracting industry for almost 15 years and joined Thomas as a Senior Project Manager with a demonstrated history leading complex and demanding projects. His new role will allow him to use his expertise in guiding project teams within the Commercial Sector through every phase of construction, while ensuring Thomas core values and expectations are being delivered.
Additionally, VINCE TRYER has been promoted from Project Executive to Vice President of Operations. While this position did not formerly exist prior to Vince moving into it, the title change is not so much a restructure, but an acknowledgement of the incredible work Vince has been doing for the company. As Vice President of Operations, all projects and project teams will filter through him. When asked to comment on his new title, Vince noted that Thomas’ strong culture is “spurred by the growth of leadership” and he hopes that he can continue to be an example of Thomas’ core values for every level of operations.
