2020 was a challenging year for everyone, including those in the construction industry. While the firm faced a few delayed project starts and pauses, it also signed new contracts and broke ground on new projects such as a municipal complex for the Town of Atlantic Beach (NC), Pennybyrn Senior Living Campus Expansion (High Point, NC), Harmony Assisted Living (Elkhart, IN), Renaissance (Park) Apartments, UNC-Wilmington (NC) Congdon Hall Renovations, nCino (Wilmington, NC) and First Bank (Dillon, SC).
