DAN SOUTHERLAND joins Thomas after working in various construction roles for the past 25 years, including owning his company for 10 years. Dan has a background in both commercial and residential construction and is well suited for leading projects and people.
As Superintendent, Dan oversees select projects in progress by Thomas Construction Group. He will be responsible for managing an on-site Thomas team as well as multiple subcontractors to ensure the project hits major milestones. Dan will also be responsible for cost management, client communication, and overall project safety. He is currently working on Thomas Construction Group’s Garden Flats project in the Autumn Hall community.
