The Wilmington Treatment Center PHP is still under construction with an anticipated completion date by the end of November . The PHP will provide the most intensive level of non-residential, non-inpatient care for individuals who struggle with substance abuse and addition, mental health disorders, and/or behavioral health disorders. For the patients who currently live in halfway houses throughout the community, the newly completed patient dormitory apartments allow for residential treatment and recovery by providing a safe environment and stepping away from his or her everyday life to focus solely on healing.
