Deanna Rabon comes to the team with more than 10 years of commercial construction experience. After graduating from Clarkson University in 2008, Deanna went on to work on many military projects including a 34-story structure, $250M Marine Special Operations Command Complex and a 49,000 SF, $27M Special Operations Training Complex. In her role with Thomas, Deanna will  lead the team currently in place on the Renaissance II Office Building in Wilmington. When complete, Ren II will house TowneBank Mortgage and Insurance, Thomas Construction Group, and Gwathmey Residential Group.
