Topsail Beach Public Safety/Town Hall

Thomas Construction Group is leading a Design-Build project in collaboration with Becker Morgan Group to deliver a new municipal complex in Topsail Beach that unites the Town Hall, Fire Station, and Police Department under one roof.

This consolidated facility is designed to streamline daily operations, improve interdepartmental communication, and enhance accessibility for the community. Purpose-built spaces will accommodate town administration, emergency operations, fire rescue services, and law enforcement—while shared areas foster collaboration and operational efficiency for years to come.
