Thomas was contracted to provide preconstruction, design-assistance, and construction services by Trask Land Company Developer, and Novant Health for this design-build project. The two-story building is a concrete tilt-wall structure, totaling approximately 34,000 SF, when complete.

Also under contract are the individual office upfits within the building which are still in the design phase. The new tenants will include: Cape Fear Heart Associates, Oceanside Family Medicine, Novant Health Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Novant Health Cardiac Rehab, and Novant Health Surgical Associates & Plastics.
