The New Hanover County Government Center revitalization project is a newly designed facility for county offices and includes mixed-use commercial and residential, and green space.

The project consists of approx. 130,000 SF of new construction comprised of a four-story, 105,000 SF new office and public building, and a 25,000 SF, two-story 9-1-1 Center, Emergency Operations Center (EOC), and Hub.
