When you intern with Thomas, you’ll be working with everyone from Superintendents to Project Managers to Compliance Coordinators to Estimators. One day you’re waking up at 4am to assist with a concrete pour and the next you’re sitting in an Owner’s meeting.  

Construction is an intricate network of processes and relationships and it takes the best and brightest to balance those responsibilities. Internships should prepare you for the true nature of a career, which is why we’ve designed a rigorous summer program for a limited amount of interns.
