Welcome to the Falcons Landing Redevelopment Project update hub! This page will serve as a central resource for tracking key project milestones, construction progress, and important announcements. Our goal is to keep residents, staff, and community members informed every step of the way.
Project Overview
The Falcons Landing Retirement Community redevelopment is a strategically planned, multi-phase project focused on modernizing and enhancing the campus while ensuring minimal disruption to residents. This phased approach will introduce new independent living residences, updated assisted living and memory care facilities, and a state-of-the-art skilled nursing center designed to meet the evolving needs of seniors.
Phase 1 will include the construction of a new 40-unit independent living building with under-building parking, as well as a replacement health center that features skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory support units configured in a household model for enhanced resident care. Additional site enhancements, including new service access points and parking reconfiguration, will support long-term operational efficiency.
Future phases will continue to revitalize the community, bringing expanded residential options, modern amenities, and enhanced infrastructure while preserving the high quality of life for residents.

March 2025 – Thomas selected as Construction Manager for Falcons Landing
March 2026 – Construction Begins on Phase I
June 2026 – Design Complete
September 2026 – construction begins on phase II
