Thomas has broken ground on a high-end apartment community in Renaissance Park in Wilmington. Renaissance Apartments will include 198 units in two buildings with parking, a resort-style swimming pool, courtyard, fitness center and clubhouse. Located directly across from Mayfaire, the 254,325 SF apartment community is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2021.
