As part of the planned continuing care retirement community, Carolina Bay at Autumn Hall, Thomas has completed construction on the Garden Flat buildings. Each lot consists of a three-story, wood-framed residential building for independent living. The Garden Flats comprise 32 units, each with 2 or 3 bedrooms, featuring first-floor covered parking and an elevator to each level. The newest buildings also include a shared detached garage. Residents enjoy the main Carolina Bay campus features, including community rooms, dining facilities, parking, and full nursing care for different levels of need.
