The Atlantic Beach town council unanimously approved and selected Thomas Construction Group to provide preconstruction services for the Town’s new public safety and administration complex. The renovations and additions will take place at the site of the existing town hall, fire station and former public works building to house the town’s administrative staff, police and fire/EMS departments.

Thomas is working closely with Hobgood Architects, the firm hired to design the complex, for a period of 90 days to fully develop the plans and specifications and establish a control budget using our trademarked Target Value Delivery method. Once the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is approved, the Town of Atlantic Beach will enter into a contract to build at the price.
