Chris brings more than two decades of executive construction leadership with a proven record in design-build and construction management at risk delivery methods across public, commercial, mixed-use, and healthcare markets. He has guided high-performing teams, expanded revenue platforms, and built long-term partnerships by aligning people, process, and performance in collaborative project environments.
Chris has held senior leadership roles with well-respected construction firms, where he successfully expanded regional operations, implemented high-performance organizational structures, and advanced innovative delivery solutions. His portfolio includes leading design-build and CMAR contracts for municipal facilities, public safety buildings, mixed-use developments, and healthcare projects – positioning him to strengthen Thomas’ footprint in the public and commercial markets.

A native of Greensboro, NC, Chris and his family now reside in Brunswick County. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, surfing, and spending time with his family on the water. Having learned the trade from his father, he proudly notes that he has spent his entire life in construction and can “still swing a hammer.”
