Thomas Welcomes Two New Employees

We’ve got some fantastic news to share – our Thomas Construction Group family is growing! We recently welcomed two seasoned professionals, Scott Wilkinson and Stephen White, who bring over a decade of valuable experience to our crew.

Scott Wilkinson – Safety: Scott joins us as our Safety Director, and we’re thrilled to have his wealth of knowledge in corporate Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management. Scott’s proven track record in risk mitigation and innovative safety procedures ensures that our team receives top-notch training. As Safety Director, he’s taking charge of proactively planning, directing, and implementing our safety program, making sure we’re not just compliant with regulations but also fostering a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment.

Fun fact about Scott: He’s a Ball State University alum who enjoys scuba diving and boating in his free time. We’re not just gaining an expert; we’re gaining a scuba enthusiast, too!

Stephen White – Projects: Stephen White, our new Senior Project Manager, is next up. With over ten years of construction experience under his belt, Stephen is here to lead the charge in planning, directing, and coordinating multiple construction projects. He’s spearheading the expansion of the MedNorth Health Center and the fifth building in the Autumn Hall community – no small feat!

Stephen, a Clemson University graduate, and his family recently joined us in Wilmington, NC, making the move from Greenville, SC. They’re eager to dive into coastal living, and we’re thrilled to have them as part of our community.
