Autumn Hall Building Five in Wilmington, North Carolina, is a new 30,000 SF medical office building currently under construction. This design-build MOB is part of the Autumn Hall master-planned community on Eastwood Road. The building will feature a concrete tilt-up construction for the exterior walls classified under “B Occupancy”.

This two-story building will be entirely occupied by Novant Health with two individual practices on each floor, ensuring a comprehensive utilization of the space for medical services.
